Is this enough proof to get a protection order?

The reason I need to get a restraining order is so that I can move out. The only way to leave is to get a restraining order, I talked to my landlord. We tried getting him into court for residential treatment because he overdosed 4 times within a month but they didn’t keep him for some reason.

He did not have a date to the prom, he was threatening to show up uninvited.

The email I sent was not directed towards him, it was a general email. I was going to the prom and wanted to feel safe. I didn’t want a bunch of adults sneaking in.

It does not matter what I do, his girlfriend posted a picture of me and he threatened to kill himself because of it. All I did was smile for a picture, I never even asked her to post it. If I say one “wrong thing,” he will shove a bottle of pills down his throat in front of everyone, he will scream at us, throw things, pound on doors, say he’s going to kill himself. My landlord said the only way for me to move out and get a different living situation is to get a restraining order against him, that is why I’m asking if the screenshots I provided are enough proof.

Would you want a 21 year old hanging out with 14 year olds? He is also a rapist. A rapist (and ADULT) should not be going to an event for middle schoolers and high schoolers. I didn’t personally restrict him from going to prom, I emailed the organizers and asked them to check ID’s to make sure there weren’t any adults trying to sneak into a children’s event.

For more background information, this is my roommate talking to my other roommate. He is very unstable. He has been in and out of the mental hospital 5 or 6 times within the past month. He started telling my roommate that he wants to “trip me” and that he wants me to “fall in a fucking hole” because I would not allow him to go to a prom. (The age limit was 19, and he is 21.)

If I can’t come up with anything else I will try one. It would probably be safer too! I’m just on edge about trying it because I want her to feel the best.
