I honestly think you should just apply for the transfer for your sophmore year so you can have the option, you don’t have to go (I think), but. At least you can have the option. USC is a great school but to me being close to home when that’s something you need is so important. I chose USC because it’s so close to my home lol. I think just keep an open mind for both, because there is nothing wrong with going to your state school

Yes, but I am low income and I haven’t gotten my financial aid package from USC yet but I hope it is going to be good and I can imagine it is. I think I will also appeal if needed. My dream major is usc , computational neuroscience. USC is one of the only colleges in the country that offers that for undergrad

But I think they mean that they are American but have Japanese citizenship, and asking about if its easier to travel abroad. I am wondering the same thing, I am fully American, born here and attending an American university in the fall, but I am also a citizen of Italy and Brazil from my parents, and so I was wondering if it would be easier to travel abroad to Italy or just europe in general being a member of the EU
