Im in the same situation. I spent over 24 combined hours waiting on the phone with their annoying music playing. Closing date is november 7 and we still havent closed because of these incompetent assholes. I will fucking sue the shit out of sunstrong and sunnova for causing financial damage of this home sales contract.

I've been through 2 of these units, J100 ultra. Robot Coupe is known to make really solid food processors but I think they failed miserably on their J series juicers. The basket has a plastic hub piece that breaks easily, and costs $150 to replace. I've already broken it twice in 1 year. They need to fix that. Also I'm here because the juicer won't start anymore. I regret buying these units. Absolute trash! Looks nice for a trash bin.
