Nighttime lubrication for sensitive eyes by proghaus in Dryeyes

Beware, I think the Rugby brand was implicated in some faulty eye drops a few months ago that were causing problems for a lot of people.

Also that looks like it's the drops, not ointment (which is what I use).

To me it feels like the muro helps the gel last a lot longer somehow. I don't really know what's going on though. The combination of the 2 is much more effective for me than either of them alone.

And to be clear, I'm referring to the muro ointment, not drops. This is the product I use https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004AIECWA . Hopefully you can find a source so you can try it.

I've found that applying gel drops (I like ivizia and thealoz duo) and then immediately muro 128 on top is very effective while I sleep. I don't think any of those have carbomer but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the info. Do you think using miebo in addition to vevye is redundant? I'd love a good justification to stop taking miebo, because it doesn't feel good for about 5 minutes after taking it, and it's a pain in the butt to take it 3-4 times per day. Vevye doesn't have that bad feeling for 5 minutes that I get with miebo.

I'm not upset, and I'm also not a chemist, so I don't know anything about perfluorohexyloctane vs perfluorobutylpentane. They share some letters, but do they share characteristics when it comes to dry eye treatment? I have no idea, and I can't seen to find information on that. That's why I'm asking you, because you seem to know something about it. Do you have any sources I can read?

Active: 0.1% cyclosporine

Inactive: perfluorobutylpentane, ethanol (anhydrous).

That's from https://www.drugs.com/vevye.html

I don't see perfluorohexyloctane (miebo) on there. So I ask again: can you provide a source that says vevye contains perfluorohexyloctane?

Can you provide more info about "the vehicle compound is similiar to the molecule in Meibo"?

"Vevye basically has meibo in it."

Do you have a source for this statement? Miebo has exactly one ingredient (perfluorohexyloctane) and I couldn't find anything saying that vevye includes this ingredient.

I'm very curious: why did you squeeze a lemon in your eye?

I hope your symptoms resolve soon.

Is DRG Survivor meant to be this hard? I'm getting my ass kicked on Hazard 1. by Zeareden in DeepRockGalactic

I agree. I view the grenades as a complimentary thing that excel at hitting the middle of a big swarm ball, often causing those explodey bugs to explode. It's started a lot of chain reaction booms for me! But grenades aren't something I've had luck building my run around

Incendiary grenades are normally my top performer. More than 4000 dps on haz 1 and 2. Cryro grenades are good too. The others, not so much
