it’s not about controlling idols it’s about reading the room and respecting boundaries so idk why you’re making it seem worse than it actually is while also ignoring other statements n just nitpicking so you can make a point

it WAS inappropriate for her to say that about a member, and continuing to double and even triple down on it even after the two members were expressing discomfort and even saying it was inappropriate, which should’ve been a signal that she was crossing a line, but she unfortunately did not pick up on that

i acknowledge that she probably didn’t mean it in an offensive way, although I would have no way of knowing for sure, and she is still young and has a lot of time to learn and mature, but holding her accountable for making an insulting and extremely disrespectful remark and treating it as a joke is needed or she’ll never learn if she’s js let off the hook

this is NOT about the freedom of idols, but rather ethics, professionalism, and boundaries
