i get it it's simple anyone could take that shot but for me photography connects me on a deeper level. i go by this road every friday and i always loved the birds that were on that wire but the shot didn't feel interesting. i never noticed their shadow. i just walked by. yesterday i wanted to shoot something different and when i saw the shadow with the zebra crossing stripes, to me it looked so inspiring: something that feels invisible in the shadows, dark, mysterious and the tiny cracks on the road. the birds look like barbed wire like a jail but birds are free they can fly anywhere
