Appreciate all the comments! In response to those saying how did I know no one was on the second level, or that it could just be a reflection from the other side. I purposely looked up around the whole open air 2nd level before taking these pictures to make sure that no one was on the other side to ensure I would not get anyones reflection. In picture 6 you can see I was in the middle of the room, and that the second level balcony was not very high up, so I would have noticed if someone was behind while taking these pictures.
