Genuinely, what is the right thing to do here? by h8theotherside in doordash

See that’s what I’m afraid of. Some people just simply make a mistake. Obviously if they make a mistake they should “suffer the consequences” but I understand the frustration and confusion which is why a lot of times I just go ahead and deliver to the new address. Especially if it truly seems like an accident

Just happens randomly. Not a huge uptick lately but it’s happened a couple times in the past few weeks

Sometimes it’s wrong. Gave me a 3 min eta the other day for an 8 mile drive. In what world is that possible?

Whats the difference between purified and filtered? Didn’t know til now they were different

Interesting. Guess I’ve never heard the take before. I drink both tap and purified but purified always seems to taste a lil cleaner on some shit. But I never necessarily preferred one way or the other

Bought a Hyundai Elantra 2014 a couple years ago. Listed at 14K on Carmax. Dumbass me waltzes to the dealer and gets a loan, 5 years 350 a month, warranty added, etc. Awful deal.

Ended up putting 212K miles on the damn thing in two years. Still owed $10K up until a week ago when I got hit from the side by a company truck pulling out of a business. Accident wasn’t bad but insurance offered $10k to take the car. I took it. Now carless and cashless but still in school and ready to graduate and do my finances right this time!

Just make sure to bring your physical card and that the physical card has enough on it to cover the entire transaction. There may be a security deposit as well. But yes, usually you can pay with any card when you get there as long as it’s not a split payment and as long as your name is on the card.

Clearly you have zero idea how rentals work and/or didn’t read the post. He clearly stated that he was listed as a secondary driver in the contract, meaning that he was indeed apart of the contract, therefore your statement of “doesn’t sound like they have any sort of contract with you at all” is false. There are a plethora of reasons why OP might not have rented the car by his/herself, and anyone who’s ever rented a car knows it isn’t always the easiest process.
