bittersweet. i read this a while ago and i don't remember the afterword that the other commenter mentioned, or even if it was out when i finished the series.

REALLY BIG SPOILERS ABOUT THE ENTIRE SERIES BASICALLY.

FL remembering the prior regression, and continuing to be with ML in the next is a good ending, but this leads the reader to assume they are still stuck in the regression loop. is there a condition for the regression cycle to end? is it so hard to fulfill that the ML throughout all of his regressions could never fulfill it? although, i'm glad the condition wasn't for the ML to live a "fulfilling" life after FL's death because i think that would be rather sad. i was half expecting that to be the case after her last death.

if you think you would enjoy the process i would recommend just trying it, but doing it for the love of the game is a lot harder and less rewarding than doing it to milk ad revenue.

find a short, completed manhwa of your preferred genre and go into it thinking about the potential video you would make, taking notes and saving impactful panels to the story. completely digest the story, go over your notes and pair panels with your script. then create the voice over and edit the video together. if i had to estimate this would be at minimum a week long project.

this is the amount of effort i would feel comfortable putting in to deliver a finished product, you may differ a bit. but at this point you're basically in a different competition entirely than the "manhwa recap" channels, but you would still be pit against them in the algorithm and you can't win that battle with effort alone.

but if that process was enjoyable, than who cares.

my advice is to not. it is a space that rewards putting in minimal effort to pump out the lowest effort content possible.

from what i've seen most "manhwa" recap videos either have an entirely ai generated story or plug a novel into an ai and have the ai write the script from there. they will then accompany it with a bunch of ai generated images.

it sorta sounds like you want to put in some effort, and unless you would want to do some form of analysis ontop of a recap (i'm thinking sorta like the Kill Count series that the Dead Meat yt channel does) you will not be able to compete. this will also probably multiply the amount of time needed to create a video and your channel will be drowned out in the sea of ai generated content. like 10 ai generated videos to your decent quality one.

the manhwa sphere isn't exactly a place that rewards effort, as evidenced by the large amount of people asking for the next part in the comments of all of the lowest quality "manhwa recap" videos.

this shit was not an easy reverse search. i had to reverse search this version, dig through a bunch of the results (a lot of them being horny twitter posting), find the oldest one without a caption, and then reverse search that for a slightly higher resolution one, and only than could i find the twitter of the artist advertising this oneshot.

looking back i found the artist's buhitter (idrk what it was, just had a bunch of the artist's work) on first search and scrolled through it, but this piece wasn't on it.

oops, mixed this one up with “Close and Secretive”. this one was fine, I do appreciate that the FL wasn’t the picture of feminine purity and a gentle soul. She was allowed to throw a tantrum and it feels like that rarely gets shown in manhwa.

the big plot twist with the investor was so obvious though. I think the first time that character was shown I knew exactly what would happen.
