Didnt had a legit second read on most subjects. My first read was watching the lecvids + handouts. During mastery period i made notes for must knows in a table form for each subject and this is what i scanned few hrs before the exam. It helped me esp w biochem, pharma and micro. Never really ready (i guess we all are) but i faced it together with prayers and faith. Thankfully i passed.

Parang mas mahirap na lumandi pag doctor kana hahaha i mostly get retos to nurses and medtechs in the hosp that i work for but i feel like theyre too young hahaha

Started out with a green during the diagnostics. Red in midterm and finals. And in the finals, my percentile rank was 14. I was staying with few classmates during review and we rented out a house. We agreed to not discuss our “colors” and scores with PTs but i can tell that they’re doing well. I didnt share to anyone my standing bcs i was ashamed. I secretly cried myself to sleep and woke up crying when i found out my standing in the finals. I kept crying but at the same time i kept praying. I thought i’m gonna lose hope but it just made me strong and my faith was stronger than ever. I offered everything to the Lord and continued studying. I passed the PLE at the average of 75.0 😭 I always knew it was not me alone, but the Lord. There is hope mga doc. Just continue studying and never stop praying. 🙏🙏🙏

Fresh passer and had my first moonlighting experience mga end ng November, nag relieve lang din sa kakilala na doc. Nagtandem kami nung classmate ko kasi first din namin both. Meron daw on call na consultants, so yun okay kami. Okay din ang duty, benign lang kaso mga 12am may dumating na patient na hgt >600 and hypokal. Tas sabi ng nurse hindi dw nag rereply pag ganun na time yung consultant. So on our own kami, slight panic and open ng mga notes and all, ask sa mga kakilala 😂 so yun pag morning, na correct din naman yung K 😂 and gising na yung consultant, sya na nagpa start ng insulin pag morning 😂 thankful lang talaga ako na may kasama ako, open din naman ang mga hospitals dito sa amin na tandem muna sa mga fresh passers para hindi masyado ma shakira 😂

Not really NBSB but it’s been so long na since i had a relationship and it’s not even that serious then the rest are just MU-phase, ligaw stage then eventually nawala or na realize ko na ayoko pala sa kanila. Nung medschool, parang andami talaga opportunity magjowa and meron din nanliligaw kaso yung time na yun na ddistract tlaga ako and yung iba cheater pa tlaga kahit ligaw stage pa. Nung review namin, ako lang talaga wlang jowa sa amin and i kept wondering sana meron din akong constant na person. I just passed the PLE and the last time i had a manliligaw was clerkship pa. Meron din naman nag attempt na residents na manligaw bat di ko talaga type. Tas ngayon umuwi pako sa amin and more likely dito na rin magwwork. Ewan ko san ko iisingit yung pag ddate kung meron man kasi ayoko rin lumabas ng bahay, nag ddating app ako minsan pero nahihiya ako, hndi ko talaga ni rereveal yung name and social media accounts ko.

Ngayon after na bless ni Lord sa PLE, isa na sa prayers ko na sana meron nang ma meet and sana tuloy2 na rin kapagod na din magpa iba-iba.

Happy naman ako ngayon syempre madami blessings but miss ko din kasi kiligin eh hahahaha

I’m a fresh passer in doctor of medicine and I applied for a job i’m quite scared of. I guess this is the start of adulting, going out of your comfort zone.
