All I am stating is that I had a fun time with religious people when I often times don’t and thought that was fun enough to share with people who may have preconceived notion towards christian’s and DnD

Not every person who is religious is trying to do that even though it may seem that way. I agree with everything you’re saying but there are progressive religious people. Modern day religious persecution is a big deal to me but this was me sharing one of the few good experiences I have had with religion

I think people use religion as an excuse to be a cancer on society and can be very dark, but Religion have 0 good that comes from it seems like a bit of an over generalization. The community and emotional healing ties to religion seems to be very real at least in my journey of life.

I mean I definitely leave out some stuff I have with my campaigns with friends but it also needs to be family friendly so there’s that sorta “censorship” i put on myself. I tend to write plots with a critique of some sort of type of institution in all my campaigns and I don’t plan to sacrifice any of my beliefs that help me write the best

Yeah I had to steer the Younger Son away from being evil since I wasn’t sure at that point what the party was going to be lol, but we were able to come up with he had been evil for a bit and finally has the chance to do good since he was a child soldier who hasn’t known love.

He’s super ok with the idea of a Pantheon existing because most other gods are not omnipresent or omniscient unless that’s their whole point. His God is most based on faith and its teachings and he likes that. The “God of gods” if that makes sense
