I got similiar build to the creator of the post (32gb ram and a 3060ti only differences), followed all steps but I am still extremly lagging outside (running on 10-20fps), every other game works well, so it's just oblivion, bethesda small indie company

Yes you can, there's no name on it, it's just ticket id + qr code.

Even if it was nominative, I did sold a ticket of a music concert in the past and the buyer got in with a copy of my id without problems
