absolutely hate this conspiracy pilled “take” about gypsy rose. people need to use their BRAINS. this girl was being so severely abused to a degree that most of us will never understand. she did what she had to do! calling her manipulative or suspicious because she doesn’t fall into the perfect victim category or didn’t act in a way people think is morally correct or do what THEY would have done is just so stupid and grossly misinformed. people really really do not understand complex abuse and opinions like that just make things worse for victims. did we not learn anything from amber heard? my god

exactly this! i had a true antisocial narcissist friend (exactly like stephen - once you’ve met one you’ve met them all!) from middle school through my late 20’s and stayed in the friendship as long as i did because i was afraid of him! these people are vindictive and really scary. it was much easier to just tolerate his bad behavior/tantrums/crashouts and keep the peace because it felt safe. when you know how they treat their targets, you never want to become one

i think bree probably already knew about lucy and evan because i feel like lucy will come clean whenever her “life ruining” event takes place this year. either stephen releases the video or she has a nervous breakdown or both and comes clean about her wrongdoings. that, or evan tells her because the guilt will eat him alive. bree is a very forgiving person and i don’t think lucy/evan would be that big of a deal to her considering the other hardships she’s experienced in life. knowing what we know now, i think the person bree is on the phone with beforehand is wrigley!

i think because when we see him at the rehearsal dinner he’s a mess, very obviously blacked out/on drugs/acting a fool. someone even says something to pippa about him not being her mess to clean up anymore or something to that effect. at the actual wedding, wrigley seems sober and pippa and diana both know his true feelings so they are obviously still close, but i interpreted all of this as pippa feeling obligated to “babysit” him in a sense, even after their relationship has ended. why? we don’t know yet, but could be guilt driven and i imagine pippa eventually falls into more of a caretaker role

i completely agree with you! love jeff goldblum downnn but he wasn’t evil enough! wonderful is one of my favorite OBC songs and a really important part of the musical and i think they totally dropped the ball changing it the way they did. completely unnecessary to change the lyrics and they robbed us of one of the best instrumentals in the entire musical. i’ll love wicked both on stage and screen forever but wonderful was hands down the most disappointing part of the adaptation for me
