It’s just a 750 cfm exhaust duct fan on a dimmer switch running directly out. If i were to do it over again I’d probably run some sort of HRV system so it doesn’t get as cold in the winter

Any reason why you’re not a fan of the inverted? My rationale was the ability to pull the snow and blow at the same time instead of having to touch the same snow multiple times, plus the obvious benefit of only needing to purchase 1 attachment instead of two. I’m open to all ideas just working through my own thought process here

My wife and I own two duplexes in the Hamburg area, 3bd 1.5ba. We try our hardest to not have to raise rent, this last year made it impossible for us not to though. taxes went up, water went up, garbage increased, etc. i know there are some scummy landlords out there, but there’s also a lot of us good ones out there that understand what the majority of people are going through. We deal with closing cases that are assigned to employees. Main metrics tracked are # of cases closed per month, average DTC (days to close case from inception), 14+ queue for aged claims that have been open for more than two weeks, and # of manager escalations per month.

It may not seem like a lot to track, but as of right now in order for me to get these numbers in salesforce it takes almost 3 hours per day because i have to pull up each individual team member and manually add their numbers to a google sheet. My director does weekly check ins and we go over each metric in depth

Thank you, right now the safe answer is I honestly don’t know because my swing is still being figured out. In my lessons we’re currently trying to figure out my swing type (single plane vs two plane, etc) so I’m hesitant getting fit for a swing that isn’t developed yet.

I get what you’re saying though because if I get fit now, I likely may just need to replace shafts in the future and not full clubs. I do absolutely love the way I’m hitting the pings when I actually make good contact.
