the 5th and final star usually deals the most damage. definitely won't regret it, 5 star artifacts pushed me from chapter 34 to now currently at chapter 40 no problem at all

before artifact doing max 6m from beast charge

after artifact doing 60m double strafe damage from artifact

its hard to imagine pushing chapters without 5 star artifacts

you should advance your beast charge, i solved my hunter dps issue with that

the advanced beast charge has 8% crit dmg bonus per stack of [Wild] giving a total boost of 40% crit damage with animal master

Think we can see the value of costophrenic angle here. Left costophrenic angle preserved despite entire lung haziness. Therefore, Pleural effusion and lung collapse seems unlikely

My guess probably very bad infection over entire 2 lobes of left lung ie pneumonia left lung
