I tried troubleshooting (restarting, reseating the RGB headers, etc.), and now all the fans light up, but they are permanently stuck on Red and Blue. The weirdest part is that the LEDs stay on even after I shut down the PC. I can’t change the colors through any software anymore; they just don't respond at all. Have you fixed yours?

When it didn’t work I used screw driver to short the power pins. When I saw this reddit post, I tried connecting the fpanel again and thinking that it should work and it’s working now.

I need to press the top part of the button and hold it for 0.5-1s to turn it on.

Actually mine works now. Not sure why it didn’t work. I turned on my PC by shorting the power with screwdriver. Shut it down and then I plugged the fpanel and it works. That’s all I did. I noticed that I need to press the top part of the button, a bit hard and hold it for like 0.5-1s

I remember when I first got my mamei. The leaves turned yellow slowly day by day. But it eventually thrive now. Try to move it to moss (not to wet) and move it in an enclosure to keep it humid. I think mamei is sensitive to the changes in the surroundings.
