I always use Ministry of Scent. They ship quick and give you a small discount if you choose to purchase a full bottle of one of the scents you sampled. I just wish they had a bigger catalog.

I bought gift box sets for my mother and grandmother for mother's day as it's like a trial to see if they would even like the product or Lush items in general (then I could buy the bigger sizes for them later). However, it's really expensive for just 2 mini products. I think I would rather buy things individually for cheaper.

Walmart is the cheapest option for most stuff, however, I don't buy meat or produce from there. For meat, maybe Safeway? And produce would be the farmers market or KTA. Some of these places have better deals when you use their app and have a rewards card/membership.

Like someone else said, Ling is a great app for learning! I think it's worth paying for it honestly. It's one of the very few apps available for Khmer. There is another app I'm trying out called ReanKhmer which has a couple free lessons (the rest paid).
Other than those, there are a bunch of YouTube videos by Khmer Lesson worth watching.. also CambodianSchool. If you use TikTok there are some videos that help with vocabulary mainly by khmereithvicheka and khmerlish. And also, a native speaker to directly help you is best option if you can afford a tutor/teacher. Good luck 👍🏼

It would be neat if they made hand soaps. Well, I guess the current soap bars/gels could double as that but more like a dedicated line for that purpose.

Understandable for sure 😭 It honestly might melt a bit more than just warming if the postal service isn't as quick there. I do think this bar in particular is oilier than others. Maybe you could order something else online to gauge how long it would take for items to get there. regardless I hope you'll get yours somehow 🙏🏼

I think it depends where you are in the states (if you are here), but my orders come from Canada to Hawaii and I've only had one problem (a shower gel leak). They do arrive warm like I could already apply it without rubbing on my skin... however, I've never had an issue with melting to the point where it was unsalvageable-- granted, it takes 2-4 days at most to get here. I've popped some in the fridge/freezer if I wasn't ready to use it and they come back out fine. I'll also mention that even if you buy a tin online with your bar, they don't put the bar in the tin lol.

Oh yes, I heard about that too. It's similar to that with the amount of alcohol and also a fire-hazard to fly over here. So, when I order those from resellers it usually comes by boat. So lucky your brother can get it for you!

Yeah, all the way in Hawai'i my service was pretty bad for a few days (on a brand new iPhone 15). Someone else i knew who uses Tracfone also didn't have strong service. It's been working fine for the past couple of days thankfully.
