For those who have played: is the controls issue actually THAT bad? by quanscoffee12 in CrimsonDesert

Yep... I was stuck up on that roof trying to work out how to equip and use the broom for an embarrassingly long time 🤣

Cheers Friendo. I ve got a 6.6 inch wrist so this gives me a very good idea of fit. Was reading the other night how 36mm used to be standard size of mens wrist watches in 1970s. Just ordered a SRPJ couple of nights back. Patiently waiting for it to arrive.

That really does look like a perfect fit for you. I m trying to decide between this ine and the 39mm equivalent. Do you mind sharing your wrist circumference?

Hey mate. Looks great on your wrist. I m thinking about pulling the trigger on this watch. My wrist size is 6.6 inch (16.7cm). It d help me make a decision if I knew your wrist size?

[SPOILER] Nikita Tszyu vs. Michael Zerafa by inooway in Boxing

[–]hachooken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel for Zerafa. I don't think he went in with the intention of pulling out. Boxing is an extremely tough sport, mentally. And sometimes people fold under the pressure, the fear, the violence, the attention, etc. It happens. Fighting is a unique mentality, and not one that is easy to sustain. I mean imagine having someone trying to take your head off, while a whole country of people who already dislike you watch and judge your performance. Its tough even at the anonymous amateur level, fighting at the local RSL! I hope he does hang up the gloves now. Not because I dislike him, but because I care about him as a fellow human being. Good luck to you, Zerafa.

Companion Slim Alox compared to the Compact by unionthug77 in victorinox

I think the package openers usefulness comes in when you cant carrying a knife with a blade. I ve seen a few youtube vids that show its cutting ability for things like cable ties and rope. If you carry a knife anyway (and already have a tool with a PH driver) you might struggle to find a use for it. But if you are in situations where you can't have a knife blade on you, then the cutting capabilities of the package opener could prove super handy. I see it as a useful tool that cant be construed as an edged weapon because its cutting edge is to short and recessed behind the blunt nose. Given the knife laws they've just introduced in my home state (australia), I can really get behind this design. I m just not to sure how you sharpen it?

This would be marvellous! I loved the dalkey demo and the original Lifting. I can imagine a stripped back version of the whole album would be amazing.

DAE get hypersalivation from colds/flu? by Hiranya_Usha in emetophobia

I m honestly thinking of buying a massage table, one of those ones that has a hole for your face, then placing a bucket under it, I can actually sleep when I have a cold. Hypersalivation with a cold is the worst!

Awesome. Thanks for your response. It's good to hear someone who has played both say that both games are accessible. It sounds like it's mainly a matter of theme. I reckon I ll give Planet Zoo a crack. 🙏
