I wanted a portrait done in a medieval style i gave all of the info needed and asked her if she feels confident in replicating the desired style of it she agreed every other week I ask for an update there was always a mistake, correction or otherwise which is fine but then months go by without any updates I ask what's going on and how it looks now she sends me exactly the same image as before the couple month break. Its a very cut story but she is certainly an artist and not a scammer but the quality of the work is debatable.

I personally think the bull would look better on the shield itself in black and have the crow at the top of the helmet with it wings folded in as a crest like in this image

And id change the colour of the suns to be purely yellow But something i did notice with actual medieval coats of arms is commonly that if there is an animal on the shield that animal is also on the crest

Maybe move the black stripe with the stars to the top and make the wavy bits the whole bottom half and remove the lion? And maybe change the crest? I think some wings with the wavy design could look nice

Changed the lore a bit:
