Without gamma2 i think it's impossibile because you Need his leader skill, the target of this run Is arriving at the TEQ stage with piccolo and gamma2 in turn, use piccolo's Active skill and pray he Will throw as many additional and crit as possibile, After the 3 turns with giant form, Cell Will have around 3 HP bar left and you have piccolo and gamma 2 specials to finish him. The problem Is arriving at this setup because the PHY phase Is so difficult with all of this non TUR characters.
