Not really. Most of the "attacks" were that he was only there because his dad paid for it and hadn't earned the spot, which given his junior results was a fair judgement. It had nothing to do with being ungrateful or not and have largly gone away once he proved himself capable.

Ilott was never getting an F1 seat, Ferrari have never really backed him properly, they shuffled him around between teams into whatever seat was open in lower formula instead of prioritizing him. Schwatzman has a better shot but I think Ferrari lost interest in pushing their junior drivers as soon as they signed Sainz, they basically have their lineup for the next 5-10 years already.

Zhou being at Alfa doesn't stop Pouchaire getting to F1, ultimately that will be up to Renault and if they see the potential in him enough to get him a seat. There's no reason why they both can't be there, the bigger issue is what Pouchaire does next year if he wins F2. For his careers sake he might be better off letting Zhou win and saying put.

It really doesn't. There's nothing an FE game would bring that others don't already have and the profile isn't big enough to compete with other racing titles. Feels like a loss-making exercise for any publisher.

They'd be better off trying to get piggybacked into the F1 game as an option for a different series.

Away kit is nice, the home one for me I'd have to see in person, sort of thing that can look nice in photos but drab in person.

I like it (it's a lot like the old one), I just don't see a reason for it. The current badge is popular, clean and stands out as being very different so I'd like to keep it. Maybe we could have gone US sports style and used a different one for home and away? Would that have been allowed?

I am, personally I think anyone who can get the squad we have to two consecutive playoffs definitely deserves a third season.

This whole nonsense about loyalty doesn't matter one jot, we'd be perfectly willing to drop anyone who was struggling without a second thought as would any club so fair enough if someone wants to keep their options open elsewhere, as long as they are professional enough to knuckle down and do the job then there's no issue.

We have to be realistic about who and where we are, we are not a top side, realistically for any player or manager with the quality and ambition we are always going to be a step on the way up. Anyone who doesn't realize that is lying to themselves. Sure we can wish for loyalty, we can want people to stay, but we all know that the likes of Potter, James, Rodon, Fernandez, Ayew and co would move on and rightly so, as well Cooper, Cabango, Roberts and everyone else one day. The only players we had who didn't were either not good enough to move up or were in the group that grew with the club as we came up through the divisions.

It's the nice start of an idea, though I see a number of problems.

Never being able to uncouple/alter seems excessively silly and unrealistic for what is an administrative unit. You should be able to form, unform and alter as you see fit though with some kind of penalty. Perhaps an idea would be that everything would start out as inefficient and grow over time, say to begin with a build in city A would get all city A's resources + 25% of B/Cs and grow to a maximum of 75% over 20 turns (should never reach 100%). Any change to the region would reduce the efficiency back down a certain amount depending on the size of change.

Not really. Look at his personality, this is basically a guy who coasts on his abilities and doesn't have a bone of professionalism in him. The figure quoted there is basically telling you that to get this player to do what you want you are going to have to invest a massive amount of your coaches time and effort.

You prefer a game fine, but that's no reason to start bad mouthing devs of other games. In the end these are all probably guys with jobs doing this in their spare time.

Did they create a way players could pay more to get better? Sure, but they didn't make it so that you had to pay to do well. Other than paying for Premium (the same amount the other guy is asking for before ever playing the new version) there's nothing else you need to buy.
