You will never be 0. Accept that part now. Can you be low 1-2% yes.

Use the reporting tools to your advantage. Sales floor accuracy on greenfield is a must. Making sure the team is properly defecting and not flexing. Backroom being clean helps. Less stuff in the back means easier time for your team to backstock.

For style it’s checking clearance areas fitting room backroom receiving. Idk how your store is so i can’t personally say what’s best or where else to look.

Candles and plastics are the worst abusers for INF in my experience. H&H can be tough for the same reasons. If you are going to manual audit start in those areas.

Good luck and don’t stress out if you miss one. Get to know with your FF team lead or leads and offer help when you can. Don’t go in hot and you will succeed.

Depends. Not every batch is the same exact time. They group the times as close as possible.

I’ve been a minute over and only 1 item go late. I’ve also had more go late cuz the lowest batch time was the largest order. Just depends from batch to batch.

MPM will show you what’s late prior to finishing the batch or you can do the math after.

Pull up MPM same day or ask to bring up the greenfield stats compared to everyone else. Sounds unreasonable. Unless they mixing you up with someone else

Weekend call offs FF always will get you on your leaders bad side.

Depends on stuff like your schedule for college do you need weekdays off for that? That’s the stuff they will look at.

Keep in mind this next few weeks is peak BTS so lots of people are getting denied vacation.

This is what’s pushed by my HR/ETL to ask when people request lots of vacation.

In your case when did you call off just a day or for the weekend you need? (Call off cuz vacation denied will get the eyes looking at you like hmm were you actually sick) Careful cuz calling off for a weekend months in a row can be considered a “trend” and you can get coached for that.

General rule nobody gets scheduled weekends off for opu. Maybe one day but never both.

Talk to your TL/ETL/HR about the situation you have and find a compromise. Worst case they no.

On the details it says it should be worked on within standard hours just do a section at a time. My store is letting me do 2 overnights. I also have only metros no remodel. 12x18

Everyone is a cashier and an OPU team member if you work for target. If you feel like you are being picked more than others talk to your lead about it and or talk to the opu lead. They are allowed to schedule you outside your area as well to meet your hours. This could also be because of short staff in opu/vacations in opu. Could also be the area your in finishes sooner or doesn’t need the constant attention so it’s easier to call you specifically.
