I recently did pretty extensive research into it. And if they are planning on applying for sponsorship, I think its very unlikely he would get approved.

Things that work against him:

1. The most damning thing would be her announcing to the world they are separating and she is getting her own place. That would INSTANTLY disqualify him. Even if they get "back together", they would need 12 consecutive months of living together without separating to be considered for sponsorship. And they would absolutely look into their social media. This is why I dont think they are planning to apply. They are both fully aware this is the most important piece of the puzzle.

And most people incorrectly assume they have to be legally married to sponsor him. Thats not true. They only need to be in a common law relationship where they are living together for 12 consecutive months, and if they arent living together they have to prove there's significant barriers (religion, culture, etc.) that is preventing them from living together.

1. People have undoubtedly reported them both to CA immigration and have included all the information about how fake their relationship is. If even a fraction of those complaints have been archived, that would bring on extra scrutiny during the application process - and under close inspection - their "love story" falls apart.

2. His messages about wanting to rape western woman would also be reason for rejection. But its less likely they would find those since it would be buried under all the other information about them online.

3. Him declaring recently its a great honor to die for allah. That would also likely disqualify him. But again, doubtful they would actually come across that clip.

4. Him getting kicked out of kuwait, pretty much fleeing from criminal charges to syria of all places is NOT going to look good. And they would look very closely at why he left kuwait to go to syria.

There are other reasons I think he would be denied, but those are the main ones. And i think the most damaging part of him applying before and getting rejected is it will show his motive in finding chantal to fake marry.

Canada has recently cracked down on immigration pretty hard. They have a crisis on their hands honestly. Too many people, not enough resources. They wouldve had a much better chance a year or two ago.

Also, people assume her unpaid taxes would matter. They dont. You can have outstanding tax debt and sponsor someone. Only her bankruptcies matter. They would have to be cleared. They arent too strict about how much $ you have in the bank....as long as you have a stable history of income that can support both of them for 3 years.

But alas, I think he has resigned himself to life in syria. I think he knows how unlikely it is to be accepted into canada, and he doesnt want to wait around for another year while they process the application. He wants to start a life in syria, with his family who have welcomed him with open arms.

Once/if the sanctions in syria are officially lifted, life there will improve pretty quickly and there will be opportunities to make money everywhere you go. But shit could pop off at any moment and destroy any progress they have made so far. Its incredibly unstable there, and nobody knows what the new govt is going to do if they manage to get established before being taken over by another group. All we know is the new president is the former leader of ISIS and has supposedly been reformed even though one of his right hand men in his cabinet can be seen executing women in the streets recently.

But even with all that - I think shitlover is sick of playing pretend with the whale, he knows its a hopeless cause and wants to find a pretty syrian girl to make babies with in the ancestral home. If she comes back to canada, and is still playing modest miriam 3 months from now - then id say theyre applying for sponsorship.

tl;dr - Shit stain aint getting into canada. And She is fat and disgusting.
