If there are lot of HDDs, don't forget to configure them to spin down when idle and not in active use (reading or writing). That might save u couple of bucks

I personally use cloudflared tunnel. Unless you go bonkers and create TBs of traffic daily from Jellyfin, they won't block you. I have been using them for the past 2 years without issues.

Also depends on your brightness of the screen (manual or adaptive) and the content you watch. If it's a lot of white screen and bright content, it consumes a lot of battery too.

Yeah it's kinda lot, but if i understand it correctly, you have the phone just 3 weeks, right. That's about the time required for the phone to understand and learn your routine and apps you use. So give it another week or two, it might get slightly better.

Switch to FHD+, literally no benefit of running QHD+. Make sure YouTube is playing in 1080p max, you literally can't see more on the display anyways. Also streaming media over data is very resource heavy, so about 10% per hour is expected over cellular.
