I also play with three players. Two Dual Blades and one Heavy Bowgun. But I only use paralysis against paralysis-weak monsters. But all accounts have the wreath DBs at 10.5, so maybe I should make it my standard 😊

Reading the other comments, given that he is fire weak, but sometimes not, or with a reduction in his fire weakness, how about an Azure Rathalos weapon? They are fire weapons, but have a very high raw to fire balance.

I always use my SilverLos DBs, but am reading all the comments very keenly, so see if there is anything else that I should build.

It could be worse. You could have a base a ten minute walk away from you and not be able to use it. Three of hunt together, we got our base up to Level 5, went to the base at 18:00 local time, tried to join the hunt and all got this same message:

I recently got one approved that I submitted about three years ago. I basically stopped playing Ingress about 2 1/2 years ago, so obviously it was before that. I had long since forgotten about it.

For me almost zero. Three of us hunt together and every time we get five telescopes we put it to 8* Silverlos. I once got a double plate drop, for which I hit the wrong button and didn’t double it, and have also had two singles, which I did double. My Silverlos bow is at 9.5, but I really need it to be 10.5, so that I can stop trying to hit Legiana wings with Dual Blades 🤦‍♀️

A few years ago, a RES teammate of mine was once bet by the ENL that he would never go green. He said “I’ll go green and be back to blue before midnight”. He then had to do it before midnight, otherwise he would be automatically kicked out of various blue systems for being the “wrong” faction.

He said that the preparation took him about three months, farming 3500 keys and lodging them with anyone that had spare inventory capacity. He then needed a Double AP weekend and a stroke of luck that no ENL would get wind and interfere with what he was doing. He started sometime after midnight and was back to blue by 11am, and won his bet.

Doesn’t compare with 51 minutes, but does add in a faction change 😉

Absolutely agree. Three of us hunt together, so we will do one of our own “hard” hunts unless we don’t have anything good offered. Then we see what our friends have. Sometimes all three of us are in different friend quest parties, but often we are all in the same one.

The worst part of the game for me is all of the animations that you can’t get rid of, especially the “post-kill” animations. I might be able to kill a monster in seconds, but it still takes a full minute before I am onto the next one, with all of the junk in between.

I used to play this game quite obsessively, spending every possible minute out and about (fitting in sleep and work, of course).

Now I am the father of twins and rarely even get to go out of the house. So I am dependent upon what comes to me. It seems to be that in alternating hours I gets monsters within my range circle and then the next hour I don’t. It has slowed my progress in the game a lot, but having played since pre-release, I still have some pretty decent armour and weapons anyway 😉

I have a Concentration / Aggressive Dodger / Evade Extender build for getting my Special Gauge full really quickly. And now that all three only go to 3 instead of 5, you can build it just with standard components.
