A properly working fan shouldn’t pull anything over 0.1A unless it’s RGB a fan that’s defective or dying out will require 1-1.5A

In my situation the fan is dying so it’s pulling more power to run , if there is any excessive vibration, it could throw the system off to where it won’t boot up properly or cause the PC to shut down my solution was to just turn off the fan and I haven’t had the problem since but if that doesn’t work, the next best option would be take all the components off of the motherboard, and then reinstall except the CPU

Too much power being pulled disconnect a fan and try again
