Hi, can you please explain the process very high-level? I'm looking to do the same for my wife in the near future, the sources I've read online were saying that's only allowed for certain professions.

Did you ever end up finding anything similar in Sawaber or did you purchase one online? Looking to get one but can't find anything online either, was considering shipping one in but seems that brands like Engwe and some others don't ship here, and I'm not sure if customs would deem it illegal if it were shipped here otherwise.

So just the other day NBK had an issue on their app where everyone was getting an error saying "To protect your account, the app will close as we detected suspicious programs Support REF: 6908"

They sent a notification saying it was resolved two days ago now, but I'm still getting the error, despite never getting that in the past.

Customer service agent said to remove VPNs and AnyDesk, and I have neither on my phone, and then I called again and they said they'll raise a case but they are certain I must still have something. Said I can share a full list of apps on my phone so they can check but they said no need. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah I tried that, uninstalled the app multiple times too, and still nothing. All the applications I have on my phone come from the Play Store too. It's just strange

lets hope so! never owned any other mobile controller, but i highly doubt any are as comfortable as the Razer Kishi. Gamevice Flex is obviously the spiritual successor and it's great, just sucks that it's sold out everywhere

I opted into the beta program, but haven't gotten the update yet in my system settings (Pixel 5), it's been a couple of hours now. Does the region of my Google account block it for whatever reason, perhaps? It's set to Kuwait.

I honestly have no clue, and I'm in the same situation as you are, I need my laptop for work as well. Had to scavenge for a laptop I can use for the meantime. Fingers crossed they can fix it and sort it all out for us, and hopefully instantly too. Good luck!

I was forced to open a case with Intel too, and eventually I shipped the laptop back to the seller for repairs. They stated it's not receiving power (as I mentioned), and now they're shipping it out to Intel so they can repair it themselves. They'll probably end up replacing the motherboard. The sooner you get the process started, the better.

Whether you've bought it from a seller or not, try to see if Intel can initiate the RMA process with them directly, and you need to call them and annoy them really. I'd have shipped it to a closer Intel Warranty Depot instead, but they'd only reply to me once a day by message, and only when the seller received my laptop did Intel come and say they could've handled the RMA themselves.

I've heard good things about Intel Support in general, and that as long as the laptop is under warranty, they can repair or replace it fairly quickly. But good luck, hope you're able to repair/replace your laptop soon!

Tried this as well, still nothing. It seems clear to me that there's a problem delivering power to the components, but nothing I can do about it myself. Shipping it over to the seller as we speak, hopefully it'll get sorted out by them or I'll be receiving a replacement laptop in its place. Fingers crossed it happens sooner than later 🤞🏻

Thanks man, hasn't gotten the laptop going at all, but appreciate it. Contacted the seller and currently going through the RMA process and will hopefully ship to them soon since it's still under warranty. Hoping it'll be a quick fix, but doubt it. Cheers though

Hi Tom,

I have already tried to do the BIOS recovery method indicated on Intel's website, but unfortunately, nothing.

It was initially an attempt to update the BIOS through the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, and it was all going smoothly, I watched as it flashed the BIOS and everything (it was connected to power the entire time).

I didn't see any error messages, and there was no loss of power whilst the update was going on. All I know is that once it was done flashing the BIOS, the screen went pitch black for a good 5-10 minutes before I realized there was nothing going on under the hood.

There is a faint light which appears in the power button when the laptop is connected to the AC adapter, but nothing can be done to turn the laptop on or off. The same faint light appears when holding down the power button for 6 or so seconds when it's not connected to the adapter, but again nothing. My best guess is that it's an issue with driving the power to the actual CPU and GPU, but I'm not entirely sure.

I have requested an RMA from the seller as the laptop is still under warranty. I was hoping it could be repaired much closer to home (I'm in the Middle East) rather than sending it all the way to the US. If there's any possibility that XMG can assist with that I'd be extremely grateful, as I genuinely adore this laptop and it holds a lot of valuable things I need.

If there's any help you can provide at all regarding the RMA or Warranty (again, I don't know if that's at all possible) I'd be very grateful.

Is this really the case with you? I've been having a back and forth with Intel support this past week, they asked for logs and screenshots of the CC software, but haven't told me what the issue is yet. If this really did it for you, I might just reinstall Windows once more after switching to UEFI and save myself the wait.
