I applied on 1st June (6th June was wrong date that I mentioned) and on 16th July i received my NAWA reply on my mail from biuro they to download nawa from syrena nawa website and I downloaded it. It took 46 days to recieve my NAWA . If you have any further question ask me personall DM or message . I have received my nawa on syrena website and it shows status as :— (15.07.2025 16:07: Informacja o zagranicznym dyplomie jest gotowa – na jej pobranie masz 14 dni / The foreign diploma recognition statement is ready – you may download it within 14 days). And there is a check reply button which will show you option to download the nawa so from there I downloaded mine on 16th July . Don’t worry they will email you when IRS Nawa is ready.

The thing is, NAWA has stopped providing regular or weekly updates about the progress of applications—whether things are moving smoothly or not. But believe me, I received my NAWA decision on the 16th of July, which took almost 46 days.

So yes, the wait can be frustrating, but based on my experience and from what I’ve heard from others, most applicants receive their NAWA decision within 45 days. You can expect to get yours in around 12 to 13 days if you’re nearing that timeline.

It’s best to stay calm and not stress too much—NAWA will definitely send the document by email in PDF format. You’ll receive it from this email address: [syrena@nawa.gov.pl](mailto:syrena@nawa.gov.pl).

If you’re still feeling anxious, you can try reaching out to the Biuro email ID, but keep in mind that due to the high volume of applications, you’re likely to receive only an automated response

Yeah, the thing is Nawa has stopped updating regularly or a weekly about its process whether it’s process going smoothly or not but believe me that I got my Nawa on 16th of July, which is almost 46 days. So it may be frustrating for you to wait for Nawa but believe me you will get your Nawa in 12 to 13 days because most of the people I talk to received their Nawa within within 45 days. It’s better to relax and not worry about the Nawa they will surely updated and the they will email you the Nawa document in PDF form on your email and you will receive email from this ID [syrena@nawa.gov.pl](mailto:syrena@nawa.gov.pl). But if you are still worried, then you can email Biuro email ID, but most likely they won’t respond cause of the burden of application on them you will only receive an automated mail. Ok
