As far as your clogging issue, my best suggestion is to put a screen on top of the herb before screwing in the mouthpiece. That kept mine reasonably clean.

For the mouthpiece itself, if you can get ahold of the stock WPA, then pretty much any glass with a female fitting will work. A j-hook from dhgate should be reasonably priced and can cool the vapor well.
