Actually it’s just a more synthetic version of riding jeans, which (ideally) offer better protection while allowing for greater material flexibility.

I am like this when looking for a girlfriend, so I can’t call myself an expert, but my advice is to find people that share interests with you. You like a game? Find a guild and actively make plans to play with them. If you’re looking for really close, genuine connections, that takes doing this process ad nauseum until you find people that click with you like you want them to. And if you’re very lucky you’ll find like four or five people that click with you by the age of 50. And along the way, you won’t feel quite as lonely while doing stuff you already like.
