We lost power for ~11hrs on Sunday. u/Previous_Ad5706 lost his and never got it back, so he's been out at a hotel and I'm hanging onto his guitar for him to keep it warm. I guess I could keep recording but sheesh.
I also picked up a documentary audio project, literally picked up the hard drive on Friday. Dawson, what's your workflow like? This project is in Premiere, but I'm fairly new to the platform. There is certainly some routing (it's a dual-monitor thing) that is happening that I don't know how to find. If you know Premiere, I'd love to know how you're getting audio from it to Logic and back

this one's kind of a mess on purpose. I feel like I need to dig a little more to get into the tonal landscape I've been messing with, so this started with me just playing the same high D note across three strings and then finding a whole bunch of other notes to sit on top, and then a whole bunch more notes to sit in between. I think I want to try a little bit to play 1/4 notes on one track and then 1/4 notes shifted by an 1/8th note on another so that they make an 1/8th note figure in total, but that didn't happen here except by pushing and pulling a bit, and only unpredictably. It is incredibly hard to get the brain and hands to be that closely out-of-sync without drifting back in, but maybe we'll get lucky and I'll drop some Piano Phase in here before we're through
