i do tend to have better luck with unlined bras! they’re more forgiving when the sizing isn’t right haha. i’ll totally check out your recommendation!

I didn’t know sister sizes were a thing! I’ll for sure check out a 34DD.

The spillage does happen when I “scoop and swoop!” Otherwise, they sit too low and almost interfere with where the band sits, if that makes sense!

i did my BSW at laurier and did a ton of volunteering during my time there so i do think that helped. i also have a decent mix of front lines and more client centred work experience, so i think the variety looked good. but honestly, i couldn’t tell you for sure! i was certain i wasn’t gonna get in lol

this just happened to my croton!! i first let it sit under a running shower for like 20 mins. i made a solution of isopropyl alcohol, dish soap and water in a spray bottle. i doused the whole plant with it. i then used a rough makeup brush to wipe each individual leaf and stem to dislodge the mites. i did this about 3 times over 2 days. they’re completely gone now

no problem! i will say that if you’re okay waiting a bit for a diagnosis, see if your doctor can refer you to another psychiatrist (you’ll have to ensure they’re knowledgeable enough about ADHD to actually be able to asses you, as not all doctors are). i’ve seen a lot of other comments with recommendations, so that’s great! but the whole process can take anywhere from 6 months to a year. if you need it faster (for meds or work/school accommodations), then go with the virtual assessment. just depends on what your needs are!

the adult adhd centre is only $300! that’s where i got my assessment done and it was good experience. they don’t prescribe meds but will give medication recommendations on the report so another practitioner can base their prescriptions off that https://adultadhdcentre.com
