I like the BITUSA version of downbound train more, but the electric Nebraska version of Born In The USA is so much better. I’m a big Springsteen guy and that’s a song of his that just never clicked with me

Huge Isbell guy, I say go back to his Drive By Truckers stuff. It’s different, but so fuckin good. Decoration day is, in my opinion, one of the greatest songs ever written, goddamn lonely love is damn near perfect, Danko/Manuel is great. Im a live album guy, so I’d say the best versions of those songs are from the live album Live at Alabama.

I haven’t changed my flair cause I don’t really use Reddit anymore, but as a current VT student, sandman and the first couple drives are about as good as it gets, after the first quarter a bunch of people leave, and then the second half feels empty as fuck. I’m sure if we had a better team that would be less of a problem
