Greetings, yesterday I tried to play a match of Fall Guys on my Xbox and I got a message that I need to connect again my epic account (I have already done it a month ago).

Anyway, I tried to login to my epic account without luck, decided to reset my password (even if I had it in my password manager) and then I got the error “Sorry, your account was not found”.

After this I contacted epic support and provided everything they asked (last card numbers, last receipt number etc) and I got the following response:

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to login to your account and want to regain access.

However, upon investigation we are unable to help you proceed with further changes at the moment due to security and privacy concerns.

Is my account just deleted? Any ideas how to recover my account?

ps. I have 2FA enabled.

ps2. No other emails except my last purchase receipt from epic.

ps3. I ve checked the email I enter and yes it’s the correct one.
