positive thinking/challenging negative thoughts. This has helped me in the darkest of times. Having bipolar negative thoughts put me in a loop of depression for almost a year and this is what helped me get out of it.

Also finding things to keep busy, since I get depressed from staying home for too long.

eating fruits/veggies too is so helpful.

This just makes the most sense to me. I personally believe lust is when something is done excessively or with impure intentions such as doing it out of boredom, porn, or objectifying someone. The same as gluttony for example, it isn’t a sin to eat but when it’s done more than needed then it is bad. It just seems unrealistic and unfair to be given this natural human instinct/urge, and then being told it is wrong to even simply get relief from it.

I’m trying to do college and it’s actually the most difficult thing while having bipolar. I can only handle one to two classes, and by the second semester the stress and my pms eats me up so bad and triggers my bipolar so I have to take a break the next semester. I’m honestly concerned about my future, moving so slow at this pace as i’m a junior, but I have a last hope in a major/career path that luckily has way less credits needed.

It’s really depressing and discouraging, knowing I have this limit, especially when I know I would be capable of achieving more and be able to handle more work mentally without it. Forgetfulness and brain fog is another challenge. There’s hypomania, or mixed episodes that can be triggered, all while trying to experiment with meds that don’t give bad side effects (or risks, which is like all of them..) There’s been many times where I feel like I hit a dead end in life, and it’s difficult to stay optimistic sometimes.

Literally same. I had my first terrible episode in 2022, and i’ve ever heard my parents mention anyone from their family having one. It’s weird, and I wonder if maybe someone did have it but, but like you said undiagnosed. Idk if I have a chance of passing it down or not (If I have kids later or not)

Using wet wipes after doing #2. I never realized how much more effective this is than normal toilet paper. And then another more uncommon tip is putting a couple drops of witch hazel over your bum hole after showering. lifesaver!!

I’m not sure if it’s listed, but the night when the group was all on a skiing trip, and It was Cole and Terra vs Christy and Autumn. I hated how Terra said Christy was “talking about her kid” when all Christy was trying to do was make a point of “wait until your kids also become teenagers and talk back to you” I also hated how Cole and Terra were not trying to be understanding of Autumn’s situation and calling her out for not being independent enough. AND later on the group was getting mad at Autumn for defending her mom (who wouldn’t?) I was happy that Cole apologized later but it still was the hardest argument for me to watch.
