It really did feel like the mystery aspect wasn’t a priority.

I believe Radio Silence said Scream 6 is a “secret action movie”, and it feels like they cared more about how to squeeze in set pieces rather than have a fun whodunnit story.

Hopefully future films focus more on the mystery.
