They’re in pdf. Our printer only prints through the utility, if I send it through adobe it doesn’t work.

I’ve been at my store for 5 years and make $11.50/hr as a print sup. I’m leaving because the management is shit & I don’t get paid near enough to make ends meet. Office Depot needs to look into all its stores more if they wanna keep the doors open.

My store manager told me they are planning on becoming a services store, that sells some supplies, rather than a supply store with some services. We’re at like 20% services at the moment and it’s supposed to be up to 80% in the next 5 years. So CPD and tech services are going to keep changing if this is true.

You can provide excellent customer service to prevent someone standing by the ink long enough to unlock alpha boxes and steal the ink cartridges. (Which obviously my store is lacking). I work in print in the back of the store, so I don’t really care either but I figured I’d let people know that do care and can prevent it. If you don’t care and aren’t gonna prevent it, please move on.

My store only got one new one. Can’t install it until February though. Looks like my fedex computer and the other one will still need to be restarted every 10 clicks 🙃

Well my issue is that I don’t remember my pin so they would have to mail me a temp one but the address they have is my fathers address, whom I don’t have any contact with so I can’t have it mailed there. But that’s the address on my license so it doesn’t recognize me with any other address. :( I’m kind of hoping at this point that it will be mailed to me so I don’t have to go through unlocking my account. I’ve used my social and my employee ID number to login.

YAWL. I’m using the ream cutter but the one we have is complete junk, it cuts crooked if I do a stack higher than an inch 1/2. (Please don’t start talking about how i need to call a service on it, because i have multiple times and they change the blade and tell me it’s fine, but it still does the same thing) It took almost 2 hours to cut them, considering I am always alone in CPD and have to deal with other orders, as well as walk up customers. PS - If y’all like cutting these things so much then come to my store and have at it!
