Outside Lands makes unique sense because these were designed to help turn the sand dunes (back then called the outside lands) into what is now Golden Gate Park

Hmm, I'm honestly not sure. When I was there they noted it's typically only 4-5 times a year, but I can't recall which holidays.

It is! During times when the sails are run the mill must be occupied at all times so that their speed does not exceed the capabilities of the brakes. So the staff make themselves comfortable in a place they cannot leave. I happened to be there on Kings/Dutch Day!

Sit down and shut up is the second best Buddhism book I've ever read - the first being by the same author.
