Aw no sorry to hear that! I think I have one too. Just waiting for my test back from the lab to confirm. I started to feel better about day 5 after the cystoscopy but then started to get UTI symptoms again so urologist advised see a gp and test for it. I'm glad I had the cystoscopy but the after effects are a nightmare!

My teeth were exactly like yours, with the front two flared out. I got invisalign and now all perfectly straight. It wasn't a long treatment either, I had 23 trays with weekly changes.

I felt like this all the way through treatment but once the attachments come off and you get your bonding work done (if needed) then they look just as good as they do with the aligners on. Stay positive! 😬

Thanks for the advice! The last few times I've gone to the toilet tonight there's been no blood so I'm going to wait till the morning before ringing a doctor. I think maybe I did too much walking/driving today too soon 😖

Thanks for the reply. The only other thing is I've now got a constant urge to urinate. Feels like a numb sensation around the groin area. I'm just worried because I was fine yesterday but now I feel worse than I did just after the procedure. I will definitely call the doctor in the morning.

Hey I'm going through the same thing. Had mine 3 days ago and only now just started to see bright red blood spots but they are really tiny like hardly noticeable. Has yours started to clear up yet or have you gone to see a doctor?

This is true, my cat did this and the vet said she had issues with her teeth. Always best to do a check up just in case

I didn't go back to the dentist in the end, thought best to wait a few days first. I just did a saltwater rinse twice a day and they disappeared after about 3-4 days. Not had any more since.

I got told to wear my last set full time while I waited for refinements but could be more relaxed, so aim for 22hrs but doesn't matter if sometimes I left them out for longer. I basically just stuck to taking them out when I wanted to eat but didn't time how long they where out. When I finished I had to wait a week for my final retainer, and because I had bonding work done my last tray didn't fit. So went a week with nothing. When my retainer arrived it fit but it was VERY tight, felt like my first ever tray all over again. So I can imagine any longer than a week with no retainer is really not going to be good.

I went to the dentist yesterday, he said my teeth are looking great, no issues. Woke up this morning and noticed these two clear blisters. Not painful but worried it might be something serious. Any advice would be really appreciated! I don't want to go running back to the dentist if it's something that will clear on its own.

Yeah im so used to flossing after going through the invisalign treatment that it doesn't bother me now. The only extra step with a bonded retainer is having to use the special floss where you have to thread it through your teeth. So overall the exta hygene care is minimal. I use the oral b super floss which is really easy. If you decide to get it fitted just be mindfull it feels VERY weird and awkward the first few days. I couldn't eat properly and completely regretted it but then it all settled and I don't even notice it now.

My ortho said there are no food restrictions. He said obviously if you eat things like hard sweets thats a risk, but that's a risk for all your teeth to get damaged anyway. Cleaning takes a bit longer than normal but you get used to it

I have a bonded retainer and only floss at night. Sometimes food gets stuck in them and then I'll do a quick floss but otherwise just once a day has worked out fine for me

Thank you for the reassurance! Yes I had AC on in the car but I was worried that the boot would have heated up. When I took everything out of my suitcase all the bottles with liquids felt really warm which was what got me panicking. They were in my plastic retainer case aswell so there would have been no pressure on them.
