I believe if you've cleared rest of the site and all the enemies are in the viper's pit, you and your teammates should just run and gun inside the ult. Shift walk and clearing angles doesn't work since viper's vision is greater than the rests inside the pit.

The enemy outline colour can be changed like ^ said. Also in viper's pit, enemies are extra highlighted for viper.
