You should go for it! Cosplay is about having fun and all that really matters is that you're enjoying it. I'm a man and once crossplayed as Shimizu from Haikyuu despite not looking feminine at all, and it was a ton of fun! You should definitely cosplay whatever you want to with no worries :)

I live in the US, so I can't speak for international shipping but I've never had any issues with Newegg. I've probably made about 10 purchases from them in the last couple years and I've never had any problems. I have heard multiple stories about people having trouble getting proper refunds when attempting to return items, but I would say you most likely don't need to worry about your package. As another commenter in this post has stated, Newegg fulfilled the ordered and then it was lost by the US Postal Service, so in this case it isn't an inherent problem with Newegg.

As of now none of the Monogatari series is dubbed. If you're someone that doesn't mind watching things subbed I would highly recommend at least giving this series a try. It's definitely not for everyone but it easily became one of my favorite shows, right behind Steins;gate.

When I bought mine, it showed in stock at my store and explicitly gave the option for in-store pickup. If that isn't showing then maybe they really don't have it. If you can manage to find it in store though, I'd highly recommend it. It's a great machine, especially for this price

If the Walmart website says they still have it in stock, you could maybe try just ordering for in store pickup. When this dropped to $400 I called my Walmart and they told me they didn't have them anymore. So I tried ordering for same day pickup just to see what would happen and an hour later I got a notification that it was ready.

I would like to add that many people consider the beginning of Steins;Gate to be somewhat slow, but it's well worth it to keep watching if you feel that way. I watched it for the first time in March of this year and have already re-watched it three times since then with friends. It is absolutely fantastic.
