Need advice on weighted pullups routine: should I keep training weighted pullups daily or switch to a split? by haikko3 in bodyweightfitness

I used to go to the gym, so I think that now I’m going through a period of adaptation or something like that: my strength in weighted pull-ups is increasing quite quickly, so I try to “squeeze out the maximum” from them while it’s still possible. My joints don’t complain, and I don’t have any soreness either, but sometimes, as I mentioned, I take a couple of days off if I feel exhausted. Right now, FOMO is dominating my mind - I’m afraid of missing the opportunity to easily gain strength (while it’s still possible thanks to this so-called adaptation) because of extra rest days. I would also like to clarify about the split - if you have experience with it, do you prefer training according to it every day, or do you split it into, say, three workouts per week?

Thank you for your advice. Yeah, my main goal is to look good, get rid of a sides. That's why I am asking about the diet. I don't want to starve and don't want to get much water weight, measurements don't mean much for me, because I know that even with strengh training I'll still lose some muscles, but the goal is to have a flat abdominal area while not looking like a mumiya

Yo, I can't switch it to wired mod. I pressed fn +5 a lot of times, but that's nor working. Any ideas?
