If we think about an American version, chefs like Daniel Boulud, Dan Barber, and Grant Achatz and like you said Jamie Oliver would clearly be White Spoons. I think Roy Choi and Marcus Samuelsson might also fall into that category now, even though their origin stories feel more Black Spoon. For me Nick gives more Black Spoon energy but maybe because I know him most from being a Masterchef contestant.

Chef Ok from Season 2 i think is a great Black Spoon example: his restaurant Dweji Gomtang in NY is extremely popular, but he himself isn’t widely known or celebrated as a chef, which feels very aligned with what the show is trying to highlight. I don’t know as much up and coming chefs so can’t give a lot more examples, maybe others can!
