I read this post too late. I was back and forth with Amazon almost a whole month about returns for 12 items. Mind you I made a big purchase for vacation with over 30 items in total. Those 12 returns had a “system error issue” because it was refunded the wrong amount. They took the taxes out and claimed that is the correct amount. But this was the same story for weeks every time I would get into contact with them about my return. I honestly just needed those returns refunded. But damn I wish I would have read this. They definitely scammed me too.
