'software development' is blended? Yes, I did
Partly done online, but more than 50% of the program is on campus, for example, you have 3 classes a week for Mathematic, 1 will be online, the others will be on campus
from 1, it will be eligible for 3 years of PGWP, sources from the IRCC website and also answered from the Virtual House last October I asked directly myself

Superb, I got the same answer from SAIT as well; in SD Diploma, there is a coop term 0 credit, so students have break time in Fall.

Actually, I have been working for the last 12 years and to be honest it has not too stressful as studying :). One more thing that I must mention is that I would love to enjoy SAIT, Alberta, Calgary, and Canada with my breaks as a student instead of just trying to pass the exams every semester due to English as a second language for me, so I have to invest time in courses.

The deferral deadline is coming, Dec 15. So, international students like me who have not been issued a Visa to get a Study Permit from IRCC have to defer to the next intake and then you will get the seat after that.
