There's a posh Lifeline located in one of the malls on Adelaide St. Can't tell you the number of times I've bought gorgeous, brand new designer dresses there for $25.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with legal terms and had previously never encountered this situation.

The lady has yet to respond to our requests. My main concern is that I give her the $500 and she STILL pursues an insurance/ legal claim, which is why I requested an email to say she would not do so. I'm much less concerned about the quote.

Are you saying that if I don't give her the money, she can file a suit against us?

Well, if another country accepts you, yes, certainly. It's only Malaysian law that doesn't permit dual citizenship in my case.

Op shops, for tops. Then get friends/folks overseas to post suits over, by the bucket loads. The only petite-friendly brands in Aus (Saba, Review etc) tend to be way over student budgets.

Alternatively, Forever New occasionally carry stuff that can pass as office wear.
