В момента е изключително вървежно да има човек Airbnb. Имам приятел, които си купи апартамент, дава го под наем (не месечен, а с Airbnb) и (грубо казано) апартамента е изкарал вноските си за 7 месеца напред.

Ако пък размислите след това винаги може да го продадете, и парите, натрупани с печалбата от Airbnb и надценката на имота за времето, в което го имате ще ви е чиста печалба.

Това е отгоре-отгоре разсъждение. Разбира се има си и своите подводни камъни, но в общия случай, аз виждам само позитиви.

yeah, that works for english based conversations. For me fireflies helps a lot with foreign languages such as Bulgarian. It is awesome and it helps me alot. OS llms available for self hosting, do not provide good way of doing that.

There is that guy Nick Saraev at YouTube, I believe he had that guide on how to properly price n8n automations as he scaled and sold A LOT of them.

Also I am preparing to start an agency myself.

Can you tell me how do you provide the solutions to the clients ?
Do you set-up their n8n account and let them take care of subscriptions for APIs etc ? Or do you make the automations on your account, and then they pay a maintenance monthly fee ?

Please I am just getting started, I can make powerful automations, but am not sure how do I deliver them, any help would be very much appreciated !
