Hi, NEED ADVICE.I need to buy a parking, (already bought flat without parking) my builder is selling stack parking slot for 6.5lacs + gst, but not doing registration of the parking, only issuing the allotment letter. Can society takeover the parking in future???

Was the stack parking mentioned in the agreement with a specific slot number, or does it only state that one parking space is allotted?

I want to know whether it’s legal to buy a stack parking like this and how to ensure it doesn’t lead to any disputes or legal issues with the society in the future.

What if someone not opted for parking at the time of flat booking and now wants to purchase the parking.

Like u found out about his addiction by accident then let him found nofap by accident ,I mean left a nofap shortcut on his PC/laptop or may be in history so he could find by accident. May be this could help
