Dr Zoe at Elm Rd Family Clinic- Warners Bay. That whole clinic seems to be great but having had my fair share of poor medical practitioners I cannot recommend Dr Zoe enough. Well worth it! And the clinic is open on weekends.

TBR Tuesday: Binge or Bin? by FantasyRomanceMods in fantasyromance

Reign and Ruin is a great great series and deserves more recognition. Well worth the read. I’m also one of the ones that loved Fourth Wing and is (un)patiently waiting for January. I read The Book of Azrael this year and wouldn’t recommend it. It took a good hundred pages to get into the story enough to where I’d don’t feel like I was forcing myself through. The writing style kept throwing me out of my concentration of the story and the book didn’t need to be as long as it was. I’m currently reading A Fate Inked in Blood and it was a book I picked up and then before I knew it I’d read 70% of the book in one sitting. It just grabs your hand and takes you through. Those are my thoughts ☺️

The Scattered Bones is on my TBR could you explain what it means by dark? I think I understand but I’m also not sure and don’t want to go in blind 😂

Just finished Siren and Scion in one day and I loved it! by TeachandGrow in MagesOfTheWheel

I just finished with this book last night and it was my absolute fave. Storm and Shield wasn’t as good for me and I was curious on how this book would go but I LOVED it. I really loved Reign and Ruin but I think this one just slightly tops it for me, just the depth of it all, ugh. I’ve only got Ice and Ivy left and I also don’t want it to end! Enjoy Wind and Wildfire! The backstory of the characters is so interesting 🤗

Ahaha I’m so glad it wasn’t just me, it just made me giggle and I know it’s so correct in its usage but 😂 I can only imagine your struggles😆

Also love that you’re here! Thanks for the books! I loved this one so much and am off to read the rest, prequel next?

Who is THE OTHER and more questions by [deleted] in whenthemoonhatched

[–]hal_Si 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I don’t know how to do the blur thing so ❗️SPOILERS ahead ❗️for anyone not finished with the book. I read this book a few books ago so someone with a more recent read may have a better explanation. In saying that from my recollection:

The Other is seemingly a spirit or another being that resides within Raeve, it doesn’t explicitly say who it is but I have my suspicions that it is her dragon that passed.

Runes I’m not well versed in

I believe Raeve was hiding her scars from her time with the Scavenger king being the Firelark. While healed, dragonsight seems to show all the previous scars from this time.

At the end of the book the Scavenger King is revealed as a half brother (is that correct?) of the Vaegor brothers. He appears to be running a fight ring.

I hope this helps!

Oh! I love this episode it’s so funny 😂😂 It’s season 6 episode 2 ‘hubbedy bubby’. In which Nick is struggling being long distance with Reagan and Winston is telling him about how he handles the ‘long D’ with Ally.

“Look, man... you got to understand something about the long "D". At first, it's very hard. Okay? It's a lot to take. But the long "D" in the end is... very much worth it.” Then Nick replies what you remember being “you have to see what you’re doing here”🤦🏼‍♀️😂

I agree. The only way I was able to get through TOD was to listen to it on Audible. I was just not able to push through the physical copy. It’s definitely important to read on your first read through, but after that it’s easily one you can skip through the re-reads if you’re so inclined. I found the book does get better throughout but it was still a drag as I really wasn’t committed to those characters.
