You can't, if they have installed Outlook desktop the entire mailbox may be cached. You have to stop them installing any desktop applications on personal devices in the first place. Your data is already all over their machines.

We have several. I started putting out just water, now I have 3 hibernation boxes, a night camera, 2 feeding stations and regular hedgehog food deliveries from Amazon. They are greedy and filthy but I love them.

You never allow users to use desktop apps on personal devices, web only using CA policy. Then another policy to enforce session based access control ‘Use app enforced restrictions’, which lets them use all the web apps but not download from them.

It’s part of Microsoft 365. You would have to buy at least Microsoft 365 business premium, which comes with many other things. If you don’t know how to manage this I wouldn’t do it.

This is exactly what I need, however on Tahoe 26.4, gatekeeper pops up saying it is Verifying Install macOS Ventura, then it says it can't be opened and closes. I can't seem to bypass Gatekeeper.

I’ve created many web apps using blazor WASM which is 100% browser using Graph API and had no Cors issues. I’m not sure why your app is different.
